LAND PLOTS
DEVELOPMENT
Our Landplots Development will be supporting the creation of new housing and expanding the existing housing boards for the general public of Tamil Nadu, India.
This project is a new project in line with our various projects and development programs. We have also identified a lot of unsold plots that are Panchayat and DTCP approved all over the state of Tamil Nadu.
In our new project, we will be developing and managing 2000 plots from two small towns in the district of Namakkal.
We have identified a minimum of 25 lakh unsold plots from our state, and believe that this number will get bigger soon. Our project has a great scale up prospect for the future.
This project is the start of this lineup of project for us, we will be acquiring new plot lands from various locations in the state of Tamil Nadu to develop, manage and sell in the real estate market.
COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT
Our Commercial Development will involve the development of education and medical care facilities that will support the needs of our clients.
We will also be acquiring, managing and developing educational facilities like training centres, schools, colleges, hospitals and other supporting sports facilities for existing schools, etc.
Under this project, we will be developing various facilities under both the educational and medical sectors from schools to hospital complexes.
We have identified more than 1600 educational and medical infrastructure in Tamil Nadu, that can be acquired and can be developed to meet the needs of our clients.
We will be developing new and unique concepts of infrastructure in both sectors as per the needs and requirements of valuable clients.

Our Industrial Development will be to acquire developed and existing industrial layouts at various places around the country and develop them to meet the needs of the clients.
We have identified a large amount of industrial layouts in various parts of our country, that are pre-approved by the respective state governments.
We have identified industrial layouts in more than 20 states, which are located in and around the industrial complexes.
The layouts we can acquire, develop, manage and sell to our clients are more than 4 lakh sq km in various states.
These layouts are a mix of existing, developed and new industrial complex layouts that we can acquire to support the needs of our clients.
SPORTS ARENA
DEVELOPMENT
Our Sports Arena Development will be supporting the creation of various sports arenas on a commercial basis for various owners and clients to suit their ideas and target sports and athletics fields.
We will be creating infrastructure for simple minor league stadiums to hi-tech and sophisticated racing arenas for our valuable clients.
We have the ability and support the commercial sports arena for our clients in more than 14 fields of sports and athletics.
In recent years, India has opened its market potential in the sports and athletics field, which has helped various league complexes to develop and perform well.
